We are first time buyers with a challenging work structure as my partner is a contractor. Previous advisors told us not to try for a mortgage as his work would be too much of a hinderance. However Liam from the MTS managed to get us a good mortgage offer and we are now buying our first home. Liam made everything that is complicated and scary with buying your first home, simple and clear. We were extremely impressed with how proactive and considerate he was to all of our needs. He answered all the questions we had, no matter how silly or small they were. As a result, it took away a lot of the stress of buying a home and the process couldn't have run more smoothly. I cannot recommend the MTS highly enough, if it wasn't for Liam's hard work we would not be buying our first home yet. Thank you for everything!
